A Quick Look At Our Approach
The First Month - Introspection Phase
- Interviews of you and your people.
- All interviews of employees are confidential and remain anonymous to management.
- An “introspective view” is formed. A report tells you whether your views and goals match those of the people in your agency.
The Second Month - Inspection Phase
- A preliminary report/overview is provided of the Introspection Phase.
- Interviews with clients, vendors ... perhaps with other agencies.
- A competitive analysis report is provided.
The Third Month - Collaboration/Culmination Phase
- This is the month we put it all together. The information from Introspection and Inspection is used to develop, strengthen or reinforce your unique point of difference ... your positioning.
- We can use our positioning development techniques or yours. The point is: You and your key people develop the positioning. We facilitate it only.
- Then we try it out. We will run your new/revised capabilities presentation in front of the critical eyes and extensive experience of former presidents and CEO’s ... our colleagues of Growth Strategies Group. There will be two to three of us in a day-long work session designed to help you hone and polish your unique positioning and the way you present it. This can be done on or off site.
