It varies according to scope. ProbeStrat programs have run from
$15,000, to $70,000 (exclusive of travel expenses, out-of-pocket costs,
such as phone calls, if the study is restricted to customers only). The
number of interviews is the primary cost variable. The more customers interviewed,
the more time the study takes. If you are able to provide upfront the number
of customers and their location, a very tight project cost can be estimated.
